PRESIDENT (2023):

Provide agenda and preside over monthly booster club meetings Serve as liaison between boosters, parents, coaching staff and school administrators Oversee tournaments and other fundraising events Ensure compliance with all school, county and district regulations Serve as primary contact for the Athletic Director and represent the Booster Club at meetings outside of the organization. Coordinate the work of all the officers and committees. VICE PRESIDENT (2022):

Assist President and assume the duties upon President’s absence or inability to serve

TREASURER (2023):

Keep financials for both programs; provide weekly updates to coaches. Handle banking during the season games and off-season tournaments. Complete/provide school with required documents. Coordinate pre-game meals. SECRETARY (2024):

Attend all booster club meetings Record notes and email to Booster club membership after each meeting Handle correspondence & send notice of meetings GIRLS (2022)/BOYS (2023) REPRESENTATIVES:

Attend all booster club meetings Liaison between parents, coaching staff and booster club Coordinate fundraising opportunities WEBMASTER (2023) (unofficial position):

Keep website updated with schedule & photos for all five teams Enter volunteer shifts for games and tournaments CONCESSSIONS MANAGER (2023) (unofficial position):
